Guo Qingbo

Guo Qingbo, Associate Professor, has a Master's Degree and Master of Fine Arts.

Main research interests: Vocal teaching, Theory, Singing, Music culture.

He published more than twenty articles, presided over one central university science and technology innovation project, and conducted two provincial-level research projects. He is the Director of the Sichuan Choral Association and the judge of the vocal examination of the Chinese Musicians Association.

He is the Deputy Director of Sichuan Professor Chorus, the Director and Artistic Director of Chengdu Staff Chorus, and the Founder of the famous singing group Nine Mile Sound participated in many national large-scale performances. He participated in interviews with CCTV, Beijing TV, Hong Kong Chinese TV, and other channels.

He composed several original vocal works, among which "The Light of Love" was sung and recorded by a national singer in the CCTV studio and won the Best Composition Award for original works in Moving China. “Angel against the Wind” won the Best Original Composition Award in the Chinese Music Chart Anti-epidemic Song Exhibition.
